Apart from the small hiccup about the service not being recorded on your system despite being confirmed to me, but even that was resolved by the manager on location within a couple of minutes. Everything else was conducted very smoothly and professionally and I was regularly kept updated on the progress by Brian through phone calls, which I really appreciated. Car was cleaned properly when it handed over and was ready for pickup when I arrived there. Very positive experience overall. Thank you.
