Dakota was excellent as always. He is professional, friendly, supportive, and always goes the extra mile to keep me a satisfied customer . Josh is also good to fill-in when Dakota is busy. The rental guy, the second one from the west end was also excellent. He was very good at keeping me a happy customer. I really do appreciate the Jim Norton staff. And that is why I keep coming back.

The staff was very accommodating and did a great job. I appreciated the updates during the job. They made an inconvenient chore as pleasant as possible.

Starting with hearing from Farmers Insurance JNC is a pre-approved repair facility with Farmers; and, finding JNT could provide the rental car, within my policy limits, during the time my car was being repaired. Firstly, I trust my Toyota product in JNC's repair facility knowing it would be repaired correctly with all the correct parts. Secondly, I suspected there would be no disagreement between Farmers and JNC regarding repair time versus the need for additional days on the rental car - as I have experienced previously with other non-Jim Norton repairs; one-stop shopping, in this situation, seemed logical. The feedback from JNC and JNT (rental department) was prompt, correct, and professional. I received regular feedback via text and voice-mail at regular intervals throughout the eight-day process (including weekends). I had links to a website with all the pertinent repair information, including expected price, and delivery date and time. Lastly, but not least importantly, all the employees my wife and I communicated with were exceedingly polite, respectful and seemed to authentically appreciate our business. Actually, the best and highest praise for your repair process came from my wife, who said in a text to me following her vehicle drop-off, "Yeah, I was impressed with the service and friendliness on Monday. It was like Chick-Fil-A!" If your service can compare with that of one of our favorite fast food eating establishments . . . You are doing a lot of things right! Nice job one and all!

Jerry is a consummate professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in response to all of our questions. I have always recommended the dealership to family and acquaintances. I will certainly Recommend the repair component of the organization. And it was very helpful To receive timely and informative text messages regarding the repair process. It is a very consumer friendly environment;equal to the service department support of our vehicles.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and conscientious! And I really appreciated the attention to every detail. My car looks great! Thanks for the detail on the inside, and for the shuttle to come pick me up when my car was ready so I didn't have to Uber or ask a friend to bring me.

It was very busy when I had my appointment qt 2:00 pm- I never saw Jerry who I had the appointment with. When my car was ready I didn't speak with anyone other than the receptionist and the car delivery person- felt a little rushed
