I was actually very disappointed with my entire experience. Starting from how long it would take to get into the shop in Glen Burnie, to then find out that there was a brand new girl starting for the first day and she was late. No one was there to train her and then she informed me that no one even repaired cars at this location anymore. My car would be picked up and towed to Nissan on Eastern Avenue. There was quite a delay in the amount of time before they could actually look at my car. What started out as a $900 bumper repair ended up with an over $11,000 worth of damage totaling my car. This went between the General and Erie. Then when Erie insurance went to pay the final bill of $2600, for absolutely no work being done to the car, I ended up losing $640 of my pay out because Bob Bell over charge for storage and a processing admin fee. Erie informed me they had never seen a charge for that or the daily premium that high that you charge for keeping the car there. So no, I was not happy with my experience at Bob Bell. None of the employees wore masks, which was made even more obvious by the fact that all of the customers waiting did have masks on.
I felt very unsafe waiting inside and interacting with the staff, as i am a high risk individual.
There is no need to call me to discuss- just make your staff wear masks, especially when interacting with customers.

My 2020 Platinum pathos only 5months old the bumpy is still not attached to the be vehicle the headlight is cracked and smudge I have been try to get them to fix my truck correctly it no one will call back no one filled the windshield fluid just poor service all around dissatisfied completely ****-****-xxxx please FYI will be glad to give you feedback

I was not satisfied with the service at the Bob Bell collision center. I brought the vehicle there around 2,2,21 for damage to the front driver side wheel well and front driver door. I was advised that the vehicle was virtually completed within two weeks but they were waiting for some parts to complete it. The part that they were waiting for was to the rear wheel well that was not involved in the collision at all, that part was not damaged at all. They pulled off a molding on the rear wheel well “ for whatever reason”.The vehicle is still not complete as of this date March 16, 2021. Why the rear wheel well molding and clips was removed from the Undamaged rear wheelwell baffles me.

After driving the car I noticed a noise from the front left front of the car sitting in the drivers seat. I checked to insure that all clips were tight and in place, and found some where missing. We have had all regular maintenance done at Bob Bell, and if you check your records you find that to be true; and have never had an issue or complained. I’m hopping that this is something that Bob Bell will correct and standby.
