The only bit of dissatisfaction was with Enterprise because they took advantage of my daughter- it was her first time ever renting a car and they coaxed her into unnecessary insurance and it cost her several hundred dollars.

Car looked absolutely fantastic. I didn't expect the interior to be cleaned and it looked brand new and smelled fresh. Tom was very accommodating and took care of every detail. It took a few days longer than was expected but in the end the car came out great. I would definitely recommend this shop to others as well as future business with my other vehicles.
