Very satisfied with the confirming where your car was while being fixed they kept You updated so you did not have to reach out to them. Beth would send texts every time the car moved to next phase. Great customer service, my daughter had taken her car there twice and recommended you now I know why , very happy.

Only one note we did not review the car damage face to face which led to delays and additonal repair with the rear bumper. Other than that it was great and very freindlyy service, nice rental experience as well
