I am happy with the work that was done by Fix Auto. I am not satisfied with the communication I received from my Geico Claims adjuster. In the two months it took to repair my vehicle, I was contacted by him fewer than 5 times. Dulce Gomez did keep me in the loop on my vehicle, but there were so many delays in the original repair estimate completion date of October 11th. I was told that the GM strike had the most impact in not getting repair parts in a timely manner. Then 2 weeks ago I was told that my car was completed but then a suspension issue was discovered and another week waiting for parts. I brought my vehicle in on September 25th and just received it after repairs were completed on November 22nd. So I can’t say that I am happy with the process but I am happy to finally have my vehicle returned. I do have one non critical issue with the repair and will bring it back to take care of this soon.

Fantastic service! Dulce was wonderful and even worked hard to keep the costs as reasonable as possible. This is the best collision repair firm around. Highly, highly recommend them.

All of the staff is so friendly and talented. Any type of repairs are nerve-racking but fix auto put us as ease from the start and were SO fast and thorough! We will definitely be returning with any future needs.

I was very impressed with the staff, particularly the young lady. She was affable and knowledgeable. I thought the price for repair was fair, and my car was actually fixed earlier than I expected. On top of that, she did a beautiful job washing my car at the end, and besides, it even smells good! It was a very positive experience.
