Forgot to put the New Plastic in the Front Bumper and plastic on Rear Bumper So Hard for me just to make time to get Disappointed Car Not Really Done when come to get I work 12 Hours a Day Time Is Precious to me & I Hate waiting on something to get finished when Supposed to Allready be done Everyone who works as hard an Long as I do knows Time Is Money & Worste Part Insurance company don't wanna help me Extend Rental Idk I keep 21st Century Now More mad at them then Alex Paint & Body but Made It Very Bad Experience

First of all, I would like to say Thank you all so very much, for the great repair work. Not just the repair work, but the whole experience. It was just so sweet how received text messages on all the updates, I loved that, from May through November, it's my season, I work 7 days a week, a lot of 12 hour days, and graveyards. I was so impressed with that. I felt no stress. And it was finished so quickly. My son was very impressed too, on how fast you did it all. Especially, on matching the paint. Thank you all so much. Although, I am sad to say, I hope I don't see you again. But know this, if Ido have aanother mishap, you will be seeing me again. Lol. God bless. And thank you all oh so much. Sincerely, Pamela H
