It was a very pleasant experience. The whole process from making the appointment, the estimate, dropping off my vehicle, the rental vehicle and picking mine up after the repairs were completed was a very well organized and seamless process. All of your employees that I delt with were very professional and courteous. The work that was done on my Jeep was flawless. I will highly recommend Alex's to all my friends and family. Minor issue but annoying: several days I received a text saying my car would be ready about 4:30 PM next day. Following day, text arrived about 4PM postponing delivery by a day. Requested earlier notifications since, on Day 2 of that sequence, I’d actually been out the door starting my 45 minute drive to get the car. Otherwise no complaints or issues: typically welcoming, gracious, organized, professional and high quality work. Try earlier in the day status update texting and you will get A+ rating!

This is my first car that I have ever bought, so when I got hit I was upset. My older sister had gone to Alex’s in the past and she was satisfied with her car so I figured I would go here also. From the time I dropped my car off Albert was very honest with me. I know I called multiple times to check on my car but the receptionists were all very helpful with getting me the most updated information. Every question I had was answered immediately and honestly. When I have an insurance question Albert was helpful with that too even though that is not his responsibility. Other than having the knowledge of the accident, there is no evidence of the accident after Alex’s workers fixed it. I was 100% satisfied with my car. I will always go to Alex’s because of the friendliness and quality.
