A scratch is present on the new bumper. A deep scratch caused by the accident just anove right headlight not fixed. When i picked up my vehicle the battery was dead and i had to call roadaide assistance and wait 30 minutes for help

It's never a good experience when you and your vehicle have been in an accident. But the staff at Alex's paint and body make it easy to deal with. They did an amazing job! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Glove you updates I was giving everyday on my vehicle. Thank you!

My seats had stains on them that I know were not there such as black marks that i know were possibly from mechanics taking on and off my back window. Also my break light on the left side of my vechile now has a gap between the bumper and the light which wasn’t like that before. Although I know I have to take my car back to be fixed I frankly don’t have the time to deal with these issues I wish they would have been done correctly to begin with.

Several years ago I brought my car in and was highly satisfied. When I needed repair done on this car I actually told our insurance that I want to go back to Alex’s. Yes again loved how friendly the office staff is. How they kept me up to date with my car. They washed my car when I picked it up, and the repair guy walked me through what they did. Best place to go for car repairs I recommend Alex’s to everyone thank you so, much for great customer service!!!

The “family” atmosphere is gone. When Alex won’t even take a phone call from me, I’m done. Period. Add to that, the quality of repair has taken a total crap, never once have I had to go more than once to pick up a vehicle, out of the many claims that Alex’s has handled for me. This time, it was 4th times a charm. What a waste. Alex got to successful, too big for his britches, so now doesn’t feel the need to be involved. Sad

I can’t explain how happy I am to have my car back. Although it was hard to be patient, the wait was WELL worth it. Getting my car back felt the same way that it felt when I bought the car from the dealership. Pulling away from the lot like I got a new car all over again. I can’t thank Alex’s Paint and Body enough! If I ever need any work done again, I’m definitely going back!
