What i like about Alex's paint@body, is that the staff did a wonderful job with my car and treated like its there own...not mention for all the staff who works in the office were very nice and respectfull all of you guys treat your customer like families.i definitely would recommend any one to Alex's.... thank you for everything that you guys had done for my car.....

i was very pleased and actually cried when i saw my vehicle for the first time since the repair was done. the office staff was the only staff i dealt with personally, however... i don't ever remember my car looking as nice as i remember when it was brand new. Thanks to Jennifer who picked me up twice, and Andrea who probably got tired of talking to me on the phone. thank you all!

Yes I was satisfied with my service I received at Alex's. The staff is friendly, helpful and considerate. Unlike my insurance adjuster, who seems way to busy or just don't care about me, her client. If she was prompt like Elizabeth I would have my car.

I understand that paint and body take a lot of time and hard work, but I was upset that my vehicle was presented to me twice for pick up in poor condition, I look forward to the proper completion of my car!

Not quite finished. had to return the next day because there was condensation in the right headlight which was probably cracked or the seal broken on impact when accident occurred. You have ordered A replacement but it hasn't been installed yet.

I have told others from past experience, that you may pay a little more at Alex's but it is well worth it. Don't go anywhere else. The van turned out beautifully. I appreciate how it came back shining- the paint, the glass, the tires. I also appreciated the cute text messages along the way. I went back and read the papers that I gave my sister on the payment methods. I'm sorry I put you in that bind, bug I assure you the check is good. I hope that I do not need any car body work, but if I do, I will definitely return to you.

I really liked that I was updated each day my car was being fixed.The women in the office was very friendly and helped me with calling my Insurance company when I was unable to do so.A special Thanks to Meatloaf,Picnic and Sargent they kept my kids occupied while we waited for Enterprise to pick us up.Keep up the Excellent Work.
