Work completed on time and they did an excellent job. I apprecuate that Dean was honest with me on what they could and could not do and the estimate was reasonable and the bill was no higher that’s he estimated.

It was my first time having to deal with a repair shop like this. Walking in, I had no idea what I had to do or what to even expect. The woman at the counter was extremely helpful with explaining the steps and clarifying the rental car scenario that I wasn’t fully understanding. The guy who came out and looked at my car with my was awesome. I forget his name, but he was young, tall and skinny. He explained what needed to be changed and even said he would fix something else for me that he noticed needed fixing. He then had someone come out to make sure they would have the parts for me by the next day. When I picked my car up, that same man came outside with me to make sure that I was satisfied and was extremely nice again. Everyone I came in contact with while dropping my car off and picking it up was awesome. I would definitely recommend other people to go there.

Appointment was kept; friendly staff. Great environment not like auto repair places I’ve used in the past. Car fixed the same day days earlier than promised and the car body work is perfect and it looked like they cleaned the entire car!!! Not the typical repair shop!!!

Already filled a survey out ... but job was done as communicated - that includes price, schedule and quality. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company and rental car company. Staff was very polite and helpful. Quite impressed.
