Overall I am happy with the service and repairs to my vehicle. It unfortunately took 2 and a half months to get my car back but that was due to supply chain issues and I don’t blame the shop for that. I did notice a white stain on my passenger seat but besides that the car looks good and everything seems to be running as it should.

The repairs seem to be very costly, appx 3x higher than it was initially quoted. Items like floor mats, seat cushion was missing when I received my car. I am not happy with the service.

I had an appointment to leave the car for repair. It was cancelled when I was a few minutes late. I had to reschedule for a week down the line. I had rearranged my work schedule in the Bay Area to accommodate this repair. And in the end, the shop only needed the car for a day or so, at most. Totally unnecessary.

You had my vehicle for over 3 months. Took over 2 2/2 month to start working on it. Was told the whole time it was being worked on “going into paint tomorrow.” “Just got the final parts” come to find out it was not being worked on. I was told my vehicle was going to be detailed inside being that was part of the claim. Again lied to. The new manager said he was going to submit a detailing to my insurance. Again lied to about that. Zero fallow up on their part. Never got calls from them. I had to call to find out what the status they would get annoyed I was calling. I feel they are a very dishonest company. Than when the car is done I schedule to pick it up the morning of pick up they say I can not pick it up yet because of a balance and I need to get my insurance to pay it off. If there was a balance due you should have told me well before so I can have it paid. Very very disappointed with the service.
