Michael Blankenburg was always attentive and professional when interacting with me. I was taken aback when he remembered my name when I had just dropped in. I am a person who cannot remember anybody’s name! The gentleman who reviewed the work done when I pickup up my keys when the car was completed was also professional and thorough.
