I had a very pleasant experience with the Service King located in Lorton, Va. My service rep. Taso, was especially helpful. Because of his team's thorough re-inspection (from another location), they noticed another very important problem with my vehicle that needed to be repaired. The fender was rubbing at the very bottom of the passenger side door when you opened it. Had they not pointed that out, I could have had issues with rust much sooner than leter. Taso, also adviced me of the need of a new battery in my vehicle and was very concerned about my safety and well being on the road. He took extra measures to make sure I had a new battery in my vehicle before leaving the shop. He called the place that delivered the service, set everything up, and rode with me to the location to make sure everything went ok. My vehicle looks and runs just fine now.

Tasos was an excellent service advisor to handle my repair. He communicated extremely well and did a terrific job of under-promising but over-delivering!

The initial response beginning with my telephone call asking about availability and turn around time was very pleasing and welcoming to me. I received a welcoming reception on entering service king and in no time seen by mister Tasos who immediately began to explain and access my vehicle’s condition, all exceeding my expectations of this process. I was super super satisfied and happy.

There was a serious lack of communication between the shop, insurance company and myself. My claim was not in the system for online updates, the text updates never happened. The workmanship was good but I was soured by the lack of communication from such a large franchise.
