My car was there from December 5th until January 4th. The promise date was changed from 12/21/17 to 12/29/17 on the day prior to the promise date. There was no communication from 12/20 until I called on 12/29 about picking up my car. I was told I would get a call back, which I didn’t receive. I stopped in person and was told that I would receive a call about the status, which I didn’t receive. I expected it to be completed the next business day, ****/2/18, but I received no call. On ****/3/18, I received a call telling me it might be ready before close of business. I received no notification informing me that it wouldn’t be ready. It was finally ready for pickup on ****/4/18. The lack of communication from 12/20/17 to ****/4/18 is disconcerting. Keeping me in the loop about delays would have alleviated a lot of stress on my part.

I was told 2-3 days, took more than a week. I had to call for an update after 5 days. The many excuses were, however, delivered respectfully and with courtesy.

great job. saw and added repair to little s ratches so 2/3 of car was done. now will have to save up and get hood and grill done.

Currently, everything appears to be gtg, although its a bit premature to know whether we'll experience any issues with the HVAC, electrical system, etc. I am curious to know why some major components are after market instead of OEM, although every bit as expensive, possibly more? I'd like to also note that there is a small spot on the rear bumper where paint is missing... I don't recall seeing before the accident. I should be able to touch-up okay so not overly concerned. Thanks for repairing my daughter's car. She is very happy to be back on the road.

Very informative about everything that was done and even pulled my stickers off my old windshield and replaced on my new one!!

Looks like you guys washed my car and cleaned/ shined the tires, awesome! Only other thing that you guys could do would be detail the inside but that would be way over the top. Thanks for the great service!
