No one did a walk around of the vehicle with me before i left. I got home to realize that my drivers side window doesn’t go all the way down. Then, the next day i went to drive to work and my drivers side door will not stay closed. So ridiculous that i have to deal with these issues less than 24 hours after getting the vehicle repaired. I’m disappointed in service king and even more disappointed that Geico would send me here. Horrible experience and i will be letting everyone know about it.

I made a decision to repair (instead of total) my vehicle after an accident, based on an estimate I received from a Service King. Once I turned the vehicle over to Service King for repairs, the estimate increased by 46%. Not only did I miss out on several hundred dollars the insurance company offered me, the repairs became unaffordable. I still have a vehicle I can’t drive, which will still need to be totaled, and I missed out on increased insurance payout, all based on an estimate that ballooned to an unacceptable rate

I notice something on the car that was not there. I would like a call back. I enjoyed the young man I think his name was David who completed the transaction last night. He was very kind, professional, and a joy to talk with. But when I stop at the gas station I notice my rear light loose and popping out. I tried to call but it was after 6.
