Alignment of new parts was terrible. Wheel rim was damaged and not addressed.

The final results were amazing. It was like the dent never happened. I was pleased at the results and my car looks like new again. Thanks to the service Manager and the people who worked on my car.

Fantastic service - the repair was done perfectly and earlier than expected, no paint/solvent fumes were remaining in the car (very important to me - I specifically asked for this since solvents vapors give me headaches), and it was even dusted/vacuumed when I picked it up. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the work done on my car. It looks beautiful! In addition to the collision repair I also chose to pay out of pocket to have my trunk and rear fender repaired/painted to correct numerous interstate rock chips and a small scrape. I will recommend Service King to my friends and family. Thanks! Also Kim at my local office was very helpful.

Worst service ever. I was assigned to Kim Baum in Fredericksburg VA. I have never been treated so bad in my life. She was very rude and always had an attitude. She is horrible. Dates kept getting delayed, Kim offered misinformation all the time. It got so bad that I had to call and request to be change to a different agent. I was already in a stressful situation and she made it worst, instead of making me fell that I was in good hands. I will never use them again. She made me pay for a hood-latch. It was install incorrectly and had to drop the vehicle at the shop aging to get it corrected. With out mentioning that I dropped the vehicle with a bumper and she was going to make me leave the shop with the bumper uninstalled and in my trunk. The assistant manger Troy ended up helping me. As a courtesy had the technician install it. But it made no sense to me that a vehicle is drop with a part and the client leaves the shop with out it installed. Initially I was wanting to get my vehicle repair with out going thru my insurance and pay out of pocket. I asked Kim if they offered any military discount and she and she was very condescending. Her answer was "NO every one in Fredericksburg is military". Once again full of misinformation. I felt so disrespected. She needs to appreciate the heroes that protect our Nation and fight for our freedom and stop generalizing. They sacrifice everything because they love our Nation. Because of all of this I will never used Service King and I will never recommend them to anyone.
