The work on the car is impeccable - you can't tell it had repairs done at all - looks like new. We also really appreciated the frequent updates about the status of the repairs - communication was too notch as well as the repairs! Also, we loved that a real person would answer the phone and promptly address any questions - most places you call today give you a long automated system to pluck through before you get to a real person. You guys were top notch in all departments - repair, communication, and customer service. Loved that the van was cleaned inside as well and we were even able to leave our rental car there - saved us a trip! Very impressed, thanks again!

While it is nice to have text updates, it seemed they were plentiful during early stage work, but thinned off as completion approached (which is really where I prefer to have the most news). Last time we were here, there weren't text updates, so maybe it's still in the "tweaking" stage????

I just picked up my car and it looks great. So far the only complaint I have is my passenger side window was left cracked and it rained today.

Thank you for keeping me consistently updated and for accommodating my schedule. Teresa was helpful And timely I see patients in home care and can't get there during regular hours.i called Saturday, to let the office know I would be there around 12:30. With summer officially started and it being a holiday weekend, I was late getting to the office at the time I said I would be ther. Larry was there, and assisted me with issues. Gave me his card and receipts took my car to the back as the tire was loosing air.he stayed late which was appreciated. I was used to using Southern Auto Body and was skeptical of using service king. Glad many of personnel is still there
