I was never called about updates. Anytime I wanted to hear about the vehicle, I called to find out myself. It was 1400 worth of damage and took from nearly a month to repair. Also the vehicle was kept past longer than the original date it was scheduled to be done. I was never called. I got a text the day after it was originally scheduled to be done to say “there was a delay”. I think it is important to get a call about updates and when you need more time to repair the vehicle and not just a text. Additionally, I was not too impressed by the customer service.

Well there are things that were not fixed on my car the front still shaking and making a noise. The check engine light is on. It is getting a lil hot it never did it be for. It looks good but it is not good I guess I will take it to RADLEY CHEVY. GET THEM TO LOOK IT OVER THANK U. I WILL BE BACK AT U.

My car took 21 days to repair. It was a rear bumper and taillight. Apparently there were problems with 2 parts. One was never ordered or received and the other—the bumper was also the wrong part. Commication was poor. Once Ray got involved communication improved.

Repairs took longer than promised confirmation. Did not completely repair all damages. There were damages to my car during repair. Repaired parts blew off the car while on freeway after car repaired. Not satisfied with the services.
