David was the best part about my experience. I'm mostly satisfied..took a but longer than expected and the paint job wasnt great and requires me to come back to get fixed :(

Broken foglight was not replaced, primer showing through paint on bottom right of bumper, car was dropped off with perfectly functioning air ride suspension, picked car up and it was inop and now needs an air compressor to repair.

the 4-5 day repair turned into 19 days, I had to repeatedly ASK for updates, and I believe the car would still be unfinished if I had not expressed my dissatisfaction with the communication (lack of) and seeming disinterest in completing this minor repair. I have used this shop for nearly 20 years, for multiple vehicles, and only since the new ownership have I had any concerns whatsoever. The emphasis seems to have changed from QUALITY repairs to QUANTITY, with predictable declines in customer service and satisfaction. This is the second time we have had to deal with your organization, and both times we have had issues. The only bright spot in this entire situation was Terri, who handles all the negativity she has to listen to with grace and obvious attempts to resolve it. You have a gem there, but otherwise the focus needs to shift back to your customers' needs. Sadly, I feel it is now time to find another company that hasn't forgotten that it is your customers that pay you -- and they won't show you any loyalty if you don't do your job promptly, courteously, and properly.
