I was not too thrilled that my car took longer to complete. After having my vehicle for 3 days I was told my parts were not in. I waited the entire weekend thinking my car would be ready on Monday. I called back only to be told that there was no real estimated completion time. I was told that after the parts came it could be another 2 to 3 days and the lady who I spoke to wasn’t really sure when it would be done. Add this to the fact that I received several calls and texts stating my vehicle was near completion when it wasn’t. It was kind of frustrating and it was stressful for me because I had to make sure I was covered with my rental through my insurance. I would have appreciated more accurate information in regards to my vehicle and a more realistic timeline. The people who helped me were all nice with the exception of the lady at the front desk. Other than that I was less than enthusiastic about my experience there.

Service King provided top not service from start to finish. Brian keep me updated every day on the status of my car. I would recommend SK to everyone I know if they need work on there car. I was 100% please with the service level.

I was actually going to contact them in the morning. I can still hear the noise that appeared after the accident. I know it's not their fault because over all my vehicle looks beautiful. I informed them of the internal plate rubbing or weasing sound I heard when I dropped my vehicle off. I also told them that I had just took my car to tires plus to see if they heard a sound and they immediately heard it also. Please, I dont want to be driving my vehicle and it breaks down on me because of this accident. Thanks and I hope to hear from someone tomorrow.

Everything turned out well. I liked the constant text messages to keep me updated. I am an agent for Allstate and was excited to use you guys since we send all our customer to you when they come/call in. I was expecting an email to let me know what will be getting fixed. I mentioned that there was a weird noise and a shaking after my car was hit, but that wasn’t fixed and no one let me know that it wouldn’t get fixed. I appreciate that my car was cleaned very well both inside and out. Thank you guys.

While I am happy with the quality of the work, the process took much longer than expected and there was a key failure to communicate the delay in Service King’s expected service completion. I received messages indicating that the car would be ready for pickup this past Friday, only to arrive and be told without concern that the car would actually not be ready until Monday. The representatives displayed little to no concern, in fact seeming irritated that I was dissatisfied. The overall lack of customer service is very disappointing.

Everyone I spoke to was very professional and understanding. They were able to get my car back on the road about a week earlier than expected and I appreciate it. My car looks great and you can see the level of care they took to getting my car back on the road! Thank you everyone!
