I think they were great- my only complaint would be- and I'm not even saying it's their fault- but that it took 31/2 weeks to finish- like I say I'm not saying it's Blackhawk! - but that would be my only complaint/ otherwise very happy with them! Frankly I don't even mind so much the time- it's the extra insurance I bought for the doggone rental car! I would totally go back to blackawk- especially to John!

Excellent...only problem was **** day late slow-down do to delivery of wrong part, probably not Blackhawk's responsibility. Unusually friendly staff...looks like a great team...must be solid management.

Maria is the perfect person to be your initial contact with your business . She sets the tone for the whole experience. She is pleasant, helpful, and was sympathetic to my circumstances. Nobody likes to be in a car accident, no matter how minor. She walked me thru the steps, forms and communicated well to the completion by email and phone. You care about my concerns regarding the repairs . Mariano was also pleasant, professional and thorough. Your team made my car look better. Car rental on site great. Very very satisfied. Linda
