There are missing parts and a hole that was broken threw in the trunk area. Parts are to be ordered and we are to be notified when we should bring the car back.

Would have appreciated a more realistic timeline for the repairs. I was told it would probably take one week. When it was ready after two days, I had to re-rearrange my schedule.
