The work on the car looks great. We appreciated the text updates. Everyone was helpful and professional. I do wish it could have been done quicker. It took over a month to complete.

Communications were lacking and not always honest. When told a repair job is done, it should be done. We were emailed on Friday and told the work was done; it was not. Repair took longer than expected due to inefficiency of repair team who did not think to order an impact sensor when the vehicle was first brought into the shop despite this specific item being listed by the adjustor. While the receptionists (Dee Dee and Andrea) were absolutely awesome and perfectly suited for their job, the repair team lacked honesty and efficiency. I would not recommend this shop to any one needing repairs.

Brandon and Andrea communicated with us from start to finish. This was our 4th experience with Them in Marble Falls and consider them Excellent. Every repair has been excellent and we do appreciate it.

My traction light is still on, which came on after the wreck. I am taking the car to a mechanic to see if he knows what the issue was but it is concerning to me that this was not addressed. However, the staff were always kind and very easy to work with. I very much liked the email updates. And my car looks great!
