The customer service was wonderful, the cleanliness and communication were great. Just some concern with the repair. Overall it looked nice, and I love how they vacuumed out the inside and shined the tires... but the trunk no longer pops up properly. I have to physically pry or pull it up with my fingers, it never popped up really high, bit it used to bounce up a little bit.
Also it's difficult with older cars as mine was, but since only parts of the car were repainted it is noticeable between the repainted parts and the non painted parts...most obvious is where the pinstripe on the one quarter panel was redone and now is very fresh and pops, where as the older pinstripe is very faded and less noticable.

I had a great service rep; she was vert attentive and thorough. My complaint is that whoever fixed the car (outside fender only - nothing internal) messed up every mirror in the car - rearview, left and right side mirrors, and altered the positioning of both front seats, so that I could barely get in the car and sit. None of these things have anything to do with the external repair on the car, so they should not have happened.
