I was not completely satisfied because I was misinformed about scheduling the repairs. Cody told me on the initial visit to expect a call to schedule the repairs. After 2 weeks I had not received a call. I called the receptionist, she told me my insurance should have called me to let me know payment was posted and that I could schedule the repairs. I have USAA and they do everything online. I was sent a notice the day the payment was posted. But I remember Cody telling me that I would receive a call. Instead I called two weeks later and after some confusion we got the vehicle scheduled, but from the time of the initial inspection/quote to start of repairs was one month. Repairs took 2 weeks so it was 6 weeks start to finish. The repairs are done however I am a little disappointed with the results. They blended the hood, looks like a clear coat finish. The chips in the hood were not touched other than the one little scratch. The place of reported damage or new parts were installed properly and painted well. On the hood i am disappointef because there is a fresh clear coat with dimples. The rest of the repairs looked fine, and was disappointed with the detail finish. Last time I used a different company, when I got it back it was not only fixed and fixed well, but very clean. I can do a better detail job myself. Overall its just not professional work. Employees were nice, it did get repaired. On pick up it was rushed, i had a different employee who knew nothing about my vehicle. He just kind of walked me around and asked if i was satisfied. I wanted to say something about the hood and it not being cleaned, howrver i remember the receptionist saying on day one that people drop off a jalopy and expect a new car when they pick up. I have a very nice vehicle, but I didn't want to be that customer who made their day more difficult. It's fine, I accepted it when I drove off. I wasnt even going to write a comment, but i know things dont get fixed unless the customer mentions it. I probably won't be using Paceline for any further repairs. Lacking that attention to detail customers expect. I wont recommend them to my friends/family either. I was wondering why other people I work with said it was just okay. I get it now. If you guys want better reviews, I hope you can adjust some of the comments mentioned above. Thanks.

The battery cable was loose, and there is a noise coming from the engine bay, and the van shakes when not moving as if bolts were left loose on the engine or frame. Will be bringing my van back to be fixed properly
