Drove my car home and then car started over heating and leaking coolant.car is n ok t fixed and now have to take it back in the am. Not very happy :(

Everything was great until I was returning my rental at Enterprise rental & I called FVBW to let them know I was on My way because they close at 5:30 pm & I should be there before that but wanted to Make sure they wouldn’t leave me hanging. I actually got there at 5:15pm. The **** the Phone was so rude. She suggested I keep The rental car an extra day & pick up my Car tomorrow. I said absolutely not. She said If I came at 5:30pm, I couldn’t get my car, it Would be too late, then put me on hold & kept Transferring me. No one answered so I Finally hung up. Everyone in line at Enterprise Could here what was going on & couldnt Believe how I was being treated. I was extremely Upset when I got to Enterprise. There were 3 girls at the desk. The one that took care of me Was very nice. The one on my far right had Helped me when I brought my car & was also Very nice. The one in the middle was the one I had been talking to on the phone & was so Rude. I was so upset I couldn’t even talk. The salesman That handled my car repair came over to go out To my car. He was also very nice. I’ve been to your Facility in the past & have never been treated so Rudely. I’m not sure I would ever use you again Because of her!

The front desk personnel were courteous professional in handling our situation. Costa Jim ****was extremely helpful in explaining and describing the repairs and what the cost would be. Jim was very professional sending us text messages and calling to keep us updated on our car and the biggest surprise was that the car was finished ahead of time so that's a plus a good thing just before 4th July holiday. Awesome staff / customer service! Repairs were within estimated timeline. Jim ****was great about calling with status and final pick up. No delays or hidden small print catches. Worked directly with my insurance. Will consider using them for car detailing.????

The process was easy and the communications were great. The only concern I have is a chip near the repair area. While it was touched up before I left, it is not a smooth repair. Thank you for your service.

The job was incomplete. When I went to go pick up my vehicle I could still see the dent on the back bumper and when I complained to James ****he stated the car just needs to be polished. If the car was not ready then I should have been told over the phone and I could have scheduled to pick up the car another day. I am very upset. I could not take my car. I have to return another day and arrange another Uber driver to drop me off at the body shop. I am not recommending this place to any of my family or friends.

The whole experience from the estimate to the drop off and pickup , I was truly impressed ! The staff at the front desk very friendly , acknowledged you as soon as you come through the door and Jim ****who goes the extra mile in assisting you . Truly a great experience for me !
