The car was PERFECT when I picked it up, the Galpin staff is wonderful, there was the issue of Jaguar shipping the wrong part 3 times...not your fault. A special shout out to Maria, she was always pleasant and accommodating and seem to really enjoy her work. Oh, and the free sodas ????

It would be nice to have someone help move car seats from car to car. Transporting everything from car to car is a lot of work. Maybe some male chivalry. Some desire to want to help a lady that doesn't have any one helping her even if it's just carrying car seats from car to car since putting them in is a liability. I noticed several different times when men were around and didn't bother helping a lady with a child or a baby. Such care would be so appreciated.

Having such easy access to initially bringing the car in for inspection, then leaving it and having a quick shuttle to the rental car was such a time saver!
