The Body Shop representitve that handled our vehicle was most helpful, corteous and a pleasure to work with.
The service person that handled the oil change and maintenece did not give me acceptable answer in regards to exhaust fumes coming through our vents occasionally when in recirc mode. We've had it fixed twice at other dealer and we will have to take it back to them. The damper sticks. Your service advisor told me that fumes will get in and that they cannot not be stopped totally. In a caddilac? 95% of the time we get behind a heavy deisel smoke vehicle and we smell nothing. occasionally the vent sticks and some gets in, but the rep said nothing can be done, that is normal.

Dennis provided Very good customer service! However, ... body work had to be REDONE, there fore a big inconvenience.... Body work is still not 100% perfect.... Although this was a small repair, I expected perfection from a Cadillac Dealer. Car was only **** day old when it was hit.

Good Day, I am 100 percent satisfied with the outcome of the work that was done on my car. My only disappointment is I have a shiny new front bumper & fender & a very faded front hood & roof or the car. I understand & appreciate that it is not your responsibility to correct my faded paint in those areas. I just feel disappointed in the price that I was quote in the dollar amount ****,200.00 to paint the 2 areas of the car. The front & side look brand spanking new & I have faded roof & hood. I am just expressing that I was hopeful of a better pricing to paint those two areas of the car after the repairs. The roof looks 100 times worst with the new parts & painted bottom.
