Check engine light was on when picked up car. It was not on when dropped off for repair. I was not told that there was a problem and I should have been. I notified a rep and was told to bring the car back and they will check it out. I know have to take time off from work because I was not told. I was also told by your Rep that they would replace a headlight. They did not. They had the car for over a week and knew the light was out. They ordered the wrong bulb. Now I am told I have to replace it myself and pay the cost and labor. It could have been replaced when they had the bumper off in a matter of minutes. It is costing me time to have this done and I am very displeased with how everything was handled

****. Ac vent was broke by shop 2. Car filthy inside with paint dust on seats and in vents. Had to pull over and spend 20 mins cleaning 3. When I dropped car off, I reset my tripomenter to 0. Got in car and it was on 32. My fuel was under empty. I almost did not make it to the service station. 4. As soon as I went hit get gas I walked around the car and saw 3 small chips on the hood on the passenger side up front. Omg. Either it was there before I left, or there was such a thin coat of paint and clear coat applied. No way that should have happened. 5. Black family towel removed from the car and had I not noticed and asked, it would be gone. I'm not blaming you personally, but I'm VERY upset and want all corrected. I called BMW and asked if the paint on hood could so easily chip. They said ONLY if low cost paint and clear goat was applied. Come on. This car was $52000. I'm still paying last year. Not right. I will never recommend your dealership. I've already called GEICO.
