I was delighted to see my vehicle when I picked it up.
It had been washed and tires were shiny black. nice touch to a job well done.
It took longer than estimated but that was not a problem for me and Lyn Woodby did a good job keeping me up to date on the progress.

Michael **** was on top of it the whole time and keeping us updated, he was apologetic when our car was not ready when it was promised but he did extend our rental and made sure that our wheel was fixed appropriately, we are pleased with Ed Morse, keep up the good work, thank you! The fact I've submitted 3 different surveys now just shows again my confusion at your lack of having things together. I've gotten 3 different contacts/surveys; all of which looked different.
There was little to no communication during the process. It was the holidays and it was obvious no one wanted to work. Supposedly only **** person in the entire company could help me and she was next to impossible to reach. Cross-training works wonders; try it.
