I was not able to check the repairs personaly,mu son was handling all the details but said the car was repaired properly. Other than the steering wheel being off centered a bit he said the car is running straight with no issues.

I am driving an unsafe car because your shop and service dept. did not work together;
I made the appointment for 11-28. I went to you on 11-27, spoke with Travis. 11-28 we delivered car to you. 12-2 I get 2 phone calls wanting me to bring the car up 12-2 (you already had it). Body shop and service were to work together to repair our car, ready by 12-**** 4:55 pm per your emails. This week was my wife's vacation. I was offered a loaner (IF you had one, or to rent a car) Monday,he stated can not do GPS. He did not find out what was wrong with the front end. Is my steering going to fail ???? Travis did offer to replace all tires and do the a/c check and cleaning. I felt that to do all this (make up work) in one day, would jeopardize the quality. I so no. Why did the departments not work together and make my car safe???

Absolutely wonderful I pulled in and the office had closed a few mins before. The manager saw me pull in and returned to get our car and sign off the paperwork. Above and beyond customer satisfaction! Beginning to end great service and communication

Mike was great to work with as was the Geico rep. Car was ready when promised. Only thing I didn’t like was the receptionist telling me they wouldn’t want a review less than excellent. Unprofessional.

Mike and James were excellent in there occupation. I felt that my car was in good hands upon delivery. Getting texts as progress was going on eased my mind that everything was going as planned (except for IRMA) Very happy with my new tailgate and having my glass from old door put in was very important to me!! Great job!! Hopefully will not have to use your service again but definitely will if needed and will recommend to all.
