Well everything else looked great but the out the old bumper back on with marks all over it. And the light that they didn't replace had a crack and had water in it. Just can't understand why this wasn't done when it was on the paper work.

I can't tell that anything had ever happened to my vehicle. Just as beautiful as the first day I drove it off the lot... being that my car was only 9 days old when the collision happened, that says something! Steven Babbe was polite and courteous throughout the whole process. Please thank your team for a job well done!

Mike **** handled my repair. He kept me updated, explained things clearly & I felt he was honest, upfront & sincere. He made this part of my fist time ever having to deal with a major repair after an accident, simple & comfortable. Overall the experience was top notch.

Repairs and customer service awesome! My trailer harness is broken ,even though they put new trailer hitch on.Mike said he would fill a scratch on passenger side but didn't. These are very minor details but the damage repair looks great !

This is the best experience I've had dealing with a collision center. The customer service was outstanding. The staff was courteous, honest and they followed up with me daily on the progress of my vehicle. Having Enterprise onsite was excellent, too. My car looks great.

Custoner Service was excellent!! I barely recall having a customer experience as close to what I experienced with Ed Morse body shop.
