Nobody walked the car with me when I picked it up. Wrong part fitted to the wheel. Rear bumper appliqué missing. Sensor rubbers on rear bumper not properly put back. Small dent on door that was replaced. Car smells so strong of paint and still does two weeks later. Even smells when I turn on the AC. White dust in trunk and on top of the headrests of back seats. Still hear a buzzing sound from wheel what was fixed. Wasn’t told of wheel alignment was done. I thought taking it to a reputable dealer would be better but it was not. Was supposed to get a call from the manager on 3 Feb but still waiting.

Utilized body shop and repair during the same appointment. Both departments great. Also appreciate that they worked together making our life easier.

Everything is organized and efficient, especially during this pandemic. I truly was impressed. Having the rental car available with Enterprise was convenient. They made a lot of money off of me, being that I took their insurance and had to keep the vehicle longer. I couldn’t pick up my vehicle until my Social Security check cleared. What a mess. The rented vehicle smelled heavily of smoke that grossed me out. I probably could have changed it but no energy for that. It was used little. Hence, the evidence in mileage and gas. The representative though was super friendly and professional. Thank you for having that service. My car looked fabulous! Well done! The perk of having the car cleaned/detailed was highly appreciated. Back in the day, my dad was an auto broker for Ed Morse, and my brother managed the Used Car Department. Fond memories of those days. Thank you for taking care of my needs. The agents in the office were extremely customer quality oriented.
