I’m very please with the work that Bayview Cadillac, the people there was very professional and they kept me updated if there were any delay in receiving part, Jaun was very pleasing to talk to and very professional and a great attitude. The repairs look nice and complete, from what I can tell. Employees were pleasant. However, my car was there for one month and I had to call weekly for updates. No one ever reached out to me without me calling first. I think there should be better communication.

I was very unhappy with the service I received. I was never updated on my vehicles progress. I kept being told my vehicle would be ready for pick up and it never was. This caused issues with my car rental as well. I was very upset.
