I didn’t appreciate the last minute delay in finishing work on the car. I’d hoped to have the car over the weekend, and only learned when I arrived on Friday that the car would only be ready on Monday. But apart from that, I’m very happy with the service.

Adjuster and repair staff were efficient, polite and awesome to work with. Hopefully I don’t need to come back for any reason bc duh , but if I have to bring my car to the body shop definitely bringing it back to signature collision — navy yard.

My car had touch-up paint from damage which came from your shop and really dirty on the inside and out. Very disappointed with the work done I spoke to a worker who told me it was there when the car arrived impossible because the touch-up paint was still wet. I will never bring another car there nor refer you all to anyone. Very disappointed in the work, never experienced service that bad after getting service.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED 3 DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!!, IT WAS WASHED AND VACUUMED AND LOOKED LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR!!! Did not do a good job. And My car was full of dust inside and outside. I washed it; the window, something sticks in it ,that couldn't clean up. Disappointed.
