Since my purchase of my 2016 F150 in April I have been very satisfied with my interaction with all the department's at Beasley Ford.

Like the carcare app and the updates

On Wednesday Oct 26 I inquired if the vehicle could be ready around midday October 28 instead of the end of the day. The collision center personnel claimed that there was a hold up with the insurance, and gave me a phone number to call to the claims agent. The collision center personnel told me that, ALLEGEDLY, they had contacted the insurance. When I called the insurance adjuster I was told that, NO, the collision center HAD NOT CONTACTED them. In other words, the collision center person had lied. I was told by the insurance that there was no way to send a check to the collision center in time for a Friday release. However, much to my surprise I received a call from the collision center in early afternoon Oct 28 saying to please pick up. Now, to the staff's credit, the vehicle was released even though we did not have a check in the amount of the original insurance payment. Released on invoice. THANK YOU
