I can only say this is a terrible experience, The result is totally unacceptable despite it's Geico's fault or other reason. I will have the second repairing, hopefully both Geico and collision center can recover my confidence.

Only confusion was about pickup. Has received a text message delaying. There was a snow storm at new scheduled pick up time (Friday). Was not finished until Monday, but didn’t receive another message changing pickup. This was fine with me, but now know to wait for message that says it is complete before coming.

No one called to tell us it was done, so we have not picked it up it up and still driving the rental call. This is Sat night at 8:45 pm . The date is 12/16/17

For the work that was done, yes, expertly done and totally, completely satisfied; I don't believe the front bumper cover repair which was part of the damage would've broke the bank. I feel it should've been done also. It wasn't.

Special large and grateful thank you to Gary your manager. He came in off hours to allow me to pick up my car and stop rental car charges for the weekend. He could not have given any better customer service!!! Thanks to Gary I saved 3 days of car rental costs. Car looks great as well..Steve Mitrani

You left my vehicle outside with the window out with my belongings still inside. I drove by and discovered this, and had to get the manager to remove my belongings. Very unprofessional.

Was happy with the work but was disappointed that the car wasn't washed afterwards and no walk around to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Took my money and sent me on my way. This wasn't a cheap repair and thought I would be taken better care of at time of pick up
