Very professional service. My questions and concerns were addressed quickly. Having a Geico representative on site was very convenient.I thought that the estimates were fair and the workmanship and repair was done really well. I am probably most thrilled about how quickly I was back in my Mercedes Benz. The repairs only took a couple days. The constant messaging/updating via email was very helpful. Thank you again.

I contacted my Geico claim rep about a few issues with the finish of the paint on the top of the bumper. There are a few spots of raised paint that could scratch and possibly chip off in time. The claim rep has voiced my concern to the body shop and I will bring it in on Monday or Wednesday morning to inspect It. Otherwise, the service and updates were excellent.

Wish they would have kept on track for completion and not take a week to do a wiring harness in the service department. My 8 day repair turned into a 3week repair

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Overall, job was well done. However, due to rust on other parts of fender remote from damage, it was opted to just "touch up" the small spot where the paint had chipped off (with which I fully agreed). This touch-up was a small spot, but really is kind of rough. Since there was good clean metal at this spot I don't know why this came out this way. All other work appears excellent. This is a 13 year old truck, and not a show car so it's not that important, but I was a little surprised at this lapse in view of the otherwise fine work.

I realize that my car is older and imperfect to start with. But the repair job was sub standard. You can see holes in the paint and clear coat along the front bumper. You should do a better job inspecting your work. I do appreciate the speed with which the work was completed though. But I would have understood more time to do the job right in the first place.
