Very much so, car star not only keep me in the loop but they made it a point to show me pictures of the progress which made me feel at ease. I feel bad that I forgot the girls name that keep me in contact. But she was very pleasant and cheerfull through the the entire process.

I am satisfied with the quality of the work. I am not satisfied that my car was dropped off on Monday at 5 pm and I didn't get an estimate until Friday.

The repair went great, I was informed throughout entire process. But when I picked up my car 8 days later, I noticed my tire warning lite was on. I did not say anything because I knew I was getting an oil change in 2 days. When I took it for an oil change , they found a screw in my tire. It happened at your shop and nothing was said about it.
