Not a big deal, but I was surprised you didn't fix a chip in the middle of my bumper. If you were doing repairs to the majority of the left side and painting the whole bumper, why not take the extra few minutes to make the whole bumper look new?

Personnel were very friendly, repairs completed on-time and workmanship on repair was outstanding. Meaning the body work and paint match. The rear door had to be removed for repair. It was re-installed with door gaps to factory specifications. I’m impressed with the repair and with CARSTAR.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful from the beginning. I got a call from your office before I even had an opportunity to call them to schedule an appointment. The rental car was already scheduled to pick me up by your staff, and they were always one step ahead of me. Your facility was clean and inviting. The free snacks and bottled water were a nice touch. The repair was done quickly and looked great. The car wash was the icing on top.
