The staff were friendly and professional. The office is very clean. Most car repair places smell bad and are very dirty inside. Carstar was quite the opposite.

Blind Spot sensor and Back up Camera are not working Properly.
I was told this would be 100% during the estimate.
I am going to have to drive 4 hours to have this looked at once again. Already Drove 4 hours because the first estimate appointment was made online for Saturday and the shop was closed.
I hope there is a plan for reimbursement of some sort for this huge inconvience.
