I could not be more satisfied with the Customer Service and the quality of work provided by Chris and the other staffers. I received an estimate of repairs and a time frame for the work. Both were met. My car looks brand-new. They did a beautiful job. They even gave me a ride to the facility because I did not have a ride to pick up my car. My car was very nicely washed and cleaned inside as well. I look forward to recommending Kraft to my friends without reservation.

Body panel alignment and body gaps are not the best. Paint color match is really close, but definitely noticeable in the right light. I wouldn't leave the parking lot with the entire driver's side front light cluster (which was replaced) not working. Turned out to be the wiring harness wasn't fully plugged in. There should have been better QC.
