Looks like the paint repair on the rear bumper has a lot of “orange peel” finish in the overall paint condition. Compared to the rear quarter panel that the rear bumper shares a body line with, the quarter panel is much sleeker than the bumper. Everything considered, the people are great and the time to repair was fast. I would have traded the speed of repair however for a nicer finish in the paint work.

Took 3 weeks for what was estimated to be 8-10 days. No call giving me revised timeline. Drag. But did their best during the third week. Got me a rental for the delayed time. Very professional on all other issues. Thanks.

This is my second repair at Kraft. People are just drawn to crashing into my car lol. But I had such excellent service the first time that I wasn't going anywhere else. The hookup with Enterprise, leaving the rental there when picking up the car, the excellent quality of repairs, fixing a little doo-dad on my hood that I had held together with a flex cuff. All wonderful! Thanks!

The car was in the shop for three months. Not fair to blame Krafts for a supply chain problem. But it is impossible to say that I was satisfied because of the long time to complete the job.

There was a need to replace another part so the headlights would work properly. The part was ordered and received so the job could be done in a timely manner. Dave was warm and courteous. Other staff were helpful and friendly as well. My experience with Kraft was excellent.
