i asked for the drive side rear valance to be repaired and it was but not the passenger edge is off by quite a bit.can we discuss this since most of the damage was on the drive side i did not do a walk around.thanks

Through emails I was advised that my car would be ready 12/31/14 at 5:30 p.m. I was never advised that it may be ready early. To my surprise I received a phone call on Christmas Eve around 2:30 in the afternoon advising that my car was ready to be picked up. With many Christmas Eve tasks to be completed, I could not accommodate your caller to pick up my car. Had I been told that it may be ready one week early, I could have been prepared to remove it from your shop. I offered to pick it up Friday morning, 12/26/14, but she advised you would be closed. Other than that incident, I was very happy with everything and appreciated the professionalism by all at Kraft Body Shop. Joanne T

The body looked great. the job was completed earlier than promised. All great. My complaint is that the dirty floor cover was left on the drivers side, the back seat was not returned to it's original position and the radio stations were changed. Little stuff that could have easily been taken care of.
