Over $3000 charged to replace a trunk lid. Last minute discovery of a problem that caused additional delays. Took over a month to get the car back. Adjuster should have totalled it.

Said they were going to repaint a spot on the passenger door and never did.if you say your going to do a repair then do it!Was pretty upset that it wasn't done especially when you had the car for four extra days due to repainting the vehicle because you didn't match the color right the first time.

My engine overheated when I did some shopping this morning. There are some scratches on the right door, which were not there when the car was brought in. I carefully check for such things all the time.

You do wonderful work! My only suggestion is that you estimate long when you give a date that car will be ready. Helps people plan. You've fixed several cars of ours over the years and we get the feeling y'all are reluctant to tell us that good work takes time! Better to say 9 days and be ready in 8, than say 7 and ready in 8...yes? But we will be back and we always recommend you
