As far as the repairs to the damage to my car, Meridian Collision did an excellent job BUT, when I received my car back that’s when I was a little disappointed. The inside of my car was very dusty…I mean dust everywhere …foot and fingers dust marks on the interior of my car.. and they forgot to remove the tape inside the gas pump door.. I have to use a sharp tool to open it.. and the ring molding around the sunroof was not properly put in place.. It took me at least a few hours to removed all the dusts.. Would i recommend this place, maybe yes but they need to do a better job cleaning the inside the car before giving it back to the owner..

Team was very friendly and helpful. Repair completed quicker than original estimation. Car was clean when returned.

I had two vehicles at the same time go through MCC. They lost the paperwork for two months on one vehicle and the other vehicle they said the insurance company denied the claim. However they did not deny the claim and it took another two months to get that through to Bruce. When I went to pick up my vehicle the gaps between the hood and fender were so large you could fit your hand in. They took 3 weeks to fix that. It still looks like kids did the work. I finally picked up my vehicle to just get it back as I could not trust them to do it right. I will never go to MCC again. Nora was rude at the desk and had no idea what was going on with my other vehicle. They did not even know it was in their own yard for two months. I have never commented about a business before but felt I had too. It truly was comical how the office people are unable to do a simple task. I am certain I am not the only one who has had the same experience. Bruce is unorganized and not very truthful. I just wanted a fair job and it took a total of 6 months to get my stuff done. I am surprised the owner doesn’t know how his staff is unable to complete a job. Never again will I go to Meridian Collision, never ever.

Everyone at Meridian Collision Center was the best. From the first moment I stepped foot on their site, I was treated like my problem was important. They walked me through the whole process I was going to have to deal with and took care of everything for me (including making sure I had a rental car and also dealing with the Insurance adjuster). The repairs they did on my vehicle were first rate and now it looks just like it did when I first brought it home. I can't thank them enough for everything they did.

They were amazing! My car was repaired so quickly and they were able to give me an estimate and repair my car faster than any other repair shop was offering due to Covid backlogs. They also did an extra repair for me for free. My windshield wiper hadn’t been working for a year and he quickly fixed that for me when I was picking my car up! This is the 2nd time my car has been repaired here and I had a great experience both times.

They were totally professional in the work and mannerisms. Their work is next to perfection. They communicate every step of the way with you on your vehicle. I'm totally satisfied. Scott was over the top in care for our needs for our vehicle repairs, he is definitely an asset to this company
