I was told my vehicle would be ready April 13 but instead it was ready April 9 which I was completely satisfied. The work as I looked at my vehicle was excellent. Customer service was outstanding.

I am satisfied it looks great, runs great, my only concern is the sound the passenger side doors make when i shut them. Could you explain Why? Toyota said the car was fine and was fixed properly.

Chase & everyone at Drury were amazing! They always kept me up to date as to what they found, and the repairs being done.They finished before schedule. Even when they found some unexpected they notified me & we discussed pros & cons and my options. As for my amazing insurance... Well, l hv been with Geico for over 14 yrs for a reason. Customer satisfaction. I own a,business and l hear alot of nightmares. I hv never had that problem with Geico. I had a run of bad luck. First in October my 2012 dodge was stolen & totaled. They were very prompt in sending the adjuster out to access the truck. I had my ck right away.l bought a 2013 Toyota Tundra. I had only had it a couple of weeks when l had an at fault accident. Geico never batted an eye. Again their main concern was for my safety.l picked up my beautiful truck today.l am beyond satisfied & pleased with my results. So glad l am not with one of those other companies. Myself, 2 daughters & their spouses & my granddaughter are all with Geico.Geico & Drury make an awesome team!!!!

Found more damage than insurance appraisal showed and fought to repair the vehicle properly. No more obvious leaks and non opening doors. Very happy with Drury Body Shop.
