The work you did was impeccable. I waited for a month for the finished product though, with little communication and updates. One representative promised to return calls twice and did not. Ashley, I believe that’s her name, was amazing and deserves a raise, as she die what she could to help me out in the end after I had run out of rental coverage. I don’t have many complaints except the communication and time it took.

Everything was amazing! This was the first time I ever had to get body work done on any vehicle and I was extremely nervous about it. Everyone at Drury was super nice and helpful! Like I said, going into this was stressful and nerve wracking, but they helped make it go super stress free! They also finished my car five days early! When I got the call it was ready I was shocked and excited all in one! Y’all did an AMAZING job on my car and I thank y’all sooo very much! My first consern was , I thought the lady was going to Jack up the price on my repairs so it would get totalled out , BUT after the work and total cost for the damage , I was truly shocked and amazed how low cost the repairs were and how quick they got my truck done drop truck off on the 16th and picked up on the 18th and the professionalism was super duper outstanding great staff and super duper great work , I will in the near future have more work done to my truck by DRURY BODY SHOP the best in the nation ! ! !
