I've had two cars in the last 3 months both were hit while I was stopped. The experience with the Audi was great but the experience with my Mercedes was a little frustrating. I'll place that blame on the insurance company's policies. I had to drive the Mercedes for a month while damaged. I was able to drop the Audi off the Monday after the accident. On you part, I have no complaints.

Justin and Amanda and your front office staff were very nice and professional. When I said I wasn't happy with the paint job, Amanda had me show her and once I did she understood what I was saying. Her and Justin and your paint guys did a great job getting it as close as they could. Too bad they don't make the exact formula for each bach of cars at the factory for reference.
